So I haven't posted in awhile. I've been pretty busy with School, chickens, and familiy visiting. We had five chicks however, Gracie our third chick died suddenly in the middle of the night for no apparent reason we can see. She seemed extremely healthy. We think she might have stuck her beak in the light and got a bit of a shock. So now we have four baby chicks. I've been asked many times what we are going to do with them and 3 of the 4 are going to a friend who lives in the mountains. As much as I want to keep one, we can't. Fresh eggs would be so nice. But we really dont have any room for a chicken and the one spot we have for a chicken has been staked out for a hot tub. (I would rather have a hot tub)

We had to move them to a bigger box, so they had more room to run, in the back of the container they even have a ledge to perch on, they seem to enjoy that a lot.

We've actually had snow flake jump from the box when he saw Caitlin. We have them in a huge rubbermaid contatiner now. More pics to follow
